On May 4–5, 2026, the Automated Mobility Summit in Zurich will bring together some of Europe’s leading initiatives in automated transport, including from the ULTIMO project. The summit serves as a key meeting point for cities, operators, technology providers, and policymakers working to bring automated mobility solutions closer to large-scale deployment.
The event offers a unique opportunity to explore real-world use cases and see how automated mobility is evolving beyond pilots into practical applications. Through live demonstrations, expert discussions, and networking sessions, participants will gain insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the sector.
A major highlight of this year’s summit is a European first: multiple automated vehicles operating on-site without safety drivers. Visitors will not only be able to observe these systems in action but also experience them firsthand by going for a ride themselves.
ULTIMO partners will be present to showcase their work and contribute to the ongoing dialogue on deployment, integration, and scaling of automated services in public transport systems. The summit provides a valuable platform to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration.
